Customizing colors in CenterIM5

Most terminal emulators can support a minimum of 16 colors up to typically 256 colors.

This page will explain how to customize CenterIM5 for basic 16 color support.

Edit colorschemes.xml inside .centerim5 in your home folder.

0 = Black 1 = Red 2 = Green 3 = Yellow 4 = Blue 5 = Purple 6 = Cyan 7 = Gray

When the attributes='bold' is used, the above 8 colors are brighter.

Support beyond 16 colors depends on how your copy of CenterIM5 was built. The method for using additional colors is the same.
